How do I get started with Lidya Collect?

3. Create an account. To complete the onboarding (same day) you will need to submit:
1. Certificate of incorporation
2. CAC 2
3. CAC 7
4. BVN number
4. Start setting up your recollections. It takes 5 mins to create a collection request!
1. Going to the Collect tab, select create to set up the payment mandate plan details with a clear description, amount, currency, collection frequency and start date
2. Add all the payer (the person you want to collect from) details
1. Retrieve the payer bank account details using their BVN
2. Select Validate to ensure the details are accurate;
3. Then submit to send to the payer
3. The payer will receive the mandate via email and can authorize or reject the mandate
4. Once the mandate is signed and authorized, you can monitor the status of any pending collections in the “Active” tab under the “Collections” tab
5. Under the “Collect” tab, you can monitor the status of all mandates created.
